A development application has been submitted to council, over 8 hectares (20 acres) of land. Two- thirds of the land area is designed to be a ground-level land lease community (also known as a manufactured homes estate) and the balance of the land is designed to be a vertical community.
In the interim, we are seeking community feedback, to ensure that we are on the right path and accommodate that feedback in the ultimate design of facilities, homes and environment. If you have any ideas or ways you think we can make the community even better, we’d love to hear them. Once our DA is approved, we’ll take all of your insights on board as we design and build.

Our DA philosophy centres on the benefits to residents in three ways.
The development is tailored to meet the needs of empty nesters, downsizers, and early retirees who don’t want to move into a traditional retirement village, and what’s available in the wider market isn’t inspiring enough to start a new chapter.
